The free wifi worked just fine.
The food was VERY poor, and I thought the service was unacceptable. They charged extra for cups, so I wouldn't class this as an all-inclusive hotel. The horrible, cold food was not buffet style, and there were no desserts.

friendly staffmould in the bathroomweak shower pressure
the staff seemed friendly enough when i spoke to them, which i did appreciate.
the room was smaller than i expected and felt quite cramped. the bathroom had some mould in the corners and the shower pressure was very weak. it wasn't the most comfortable experience.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. the hotel offers great value for money. bedrooms were cleaned daily. I found that very COMFORTING.

Satisfactory stay near the beach

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre. A short walk is needed to reach both the centre and the beach. The staff was helpful and the food selection was nice. I found the breakfast to be very tasty.
The walls were thin , made the rooms noisy. I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms. This affected sleep quality as outside noises were intrusive. Some improvements are needed here for quieter rooms.

The hotel had two buildings with facilities available to guests in both. i found a smaller, quieter pool. the staff were always friendly. they kept the bedrooms were clean daily. its location was excellent. It was a short walk to the beach and resort area.
i noticed that there was no assistance with luggage after my long trip from barcelona airport. i found this inconvenient upon arrival. i was told to go to the top hotel with all my luggage and there was no one there to help me.
